Very informative but eat before you arrive!

Tour was led by Tony who is the co-owner of the brewery, so he knows a lot of stuff! And it's very informative and interesting - you can ask questions at any stage.
However the tour starts off with a pint (and another pint halfway through) so if you haven't had your brekkie you might be feeling a little light-headed halfway through!
So if you want to support your local brewery take a tour (and definitely consider an afternoon session at the Taproom afterwards).

Tour de Force !

I'm actually going to write a sensible review for once.........we've literally just got back from tonight's tour and have to say how enjoyable it was. Not only is it great to support a local company, but Tony makes the event very interesting. Small group and everyone seemed genuinelly interested inwhat he had to say. Nice little brewery. We wish them all the best for the future.

Given the breweries roots though, I do think Tony should be made to give the tour dressed as a full-blown hipster.........

Tour & Tap Room

Tony was a most entertaining host to a group of me and my mates where he took us through how the brewery started, struggles they've had, how they had to adapt, how the beer is made, a look round the brewery and made sure we were never thirsty. We followed it up with a tap room session, also recommended, which made for a great way to spend an afternoon.

What’s next?

How do you do a review without sounding like you work for Redchurch? It’s hard because they are genuinely good at what they do, I’ve bought loads of beer which is all excellent and highly recommended - honestly not one I didn’t like, I’ve been to the taproom terrace with the boys from work which had excellent service, was a brilliant laugh and and again highly recommended. I took my father and father in-law on the brewery tour which was both excellent and very educational, Tony was a great host and besides testing a few beers I actually learned a bit about Redchurch and the brewing industry and believe it or not the tour is highly recommended.
It’s great to have a local business/brewery like this in Harlow with staff who are welcoming, down to earth and can’t do enough to help, I’ve spent a lot of money with these guys but not regretted a penny - well done keep it up! And I’m now looking forward to receiving my latest order of Pornstar martini bring it on!!
