Introducing Redchurch’s latest brew our 5% German Marzen “MÄRZ ATAKS” just in time for Oktober Fest
Marz Ataks invades the senses with complex aromas of malt and chestnut honey. The flavour is layered with sweet biscuit, toasted bread and a hint of bitterness. Rich copper in colour and bone dry to finish, as though fresh from the surface of the red planet itself.
Since 1810 October fest has been a huge part of the Bavarian culture; spanning across a 16-18 day period locals and tourists alike gather to consume large quantities of beer. Last year alone at the festival that takes place in Munich over 7.5 million litres of beer were consumed. Congratulations to the human race!! In order to pay tribute to this iconic event we decided to brew up our own take on the stunning German beer that is traditionally consumed across this festive period. The Marzen.
